ISC 2023-EuroHPC Session
Europe-Focused Session at ISC 2023
Recently, Pekka Manninen, the Director of Science and Technology at CSC, Finland, revealed that LUMI, Europe’s fastest and most energy-efficient supercomputer, is now fully ready for European scientific research.
In conjunction with that news, we are pleased to share that we will host a EuroHPC session at ISC 2023. This debut session will include a presentation on the European High Performance Computing Joint Undertaking initiatives and progress made by its executive director, Anders Dam Jensen. The presentation will be followed by talks on the application achievements of the first two EU pre-exascale systems, LUMI and Leonardo.
ISC’s senior program advisor, Eric Schnepf, will attend the EuroHPC Summit in Gothenburg next month to finalize the session details. The ISC program will be available in mid-March, and we encourage you to bookmark this session!
