The check-in counters are located in the foyer of the main entrance hall.

Badges will not be e-mailed or shipped. Please pick up your badge at one of the ISC 2023 check-in terminals in the entrance hall foyer. Have your QR code ready (printed or digitally) for the self-check-in procedure. Badges must be picked up personally by the attendee.
A photo ID (i.e., driver's license or passport) must be shown to pick up your badge. Students will need to show valid student IDs.
You must wear your badge visibly within the event venue at all times.
The ISC 2023 badge grants admission to the event venue. Each badge is unique to the registered attendee and may not be sold, given, or transferred to another individual. There is a EUR 30 reprint charge to replace a lost badge, and you must show proof of identity.
ISC High Performance offers catering during event hours: snacks, full meals, and beverages will be provided.
We try to accommodate allergies and restrictions as best as possible by offering a selection of food choices at all meals.
The buffets will be labeled with the food icons on the left hand side.
In addition, the QR codes at the buffets are there to help you gain a quick overview of all allergens and additives, as exemplified here. You can also find the allergen and additives list for each break in the schedule in the description section.

Our sustainability commitment: to reduce the environmental impact of our catering, food, and drinks at the event are served on ceramic or glass tableware. Ingredients are, whenever possible seasonal and from regional sources. The majority of meals offered are vegetarian or vegan.
A cloakroom is available in foyer 4, beside the main entrance hall (ground floor).

Data2000 GmbH provides copy and printing services at booth #M1225 in the exhibition hall (Hall H) during the exhibition opening hours.
Our Event platform Swapcard is available to all attendees. All participants will use Swapcard to navigate the program, plan their schedule, book meetings, connect and exchange contact information with others.
Download the Swapcard app from Google Play and the App Store to browse the event on your smart device. The login information has been e-mailed to you. Please find more details about the online platform here.

The ISC 2023 Exhibition brings together close to 160 HPC vendors, universities, and research organizations worldwide who will demonstrate their most recently developed products, technologies, and research findings. Around 3,500 public and commercial users will attend the ISC Exhibition.

WiFi is available throughout the venue; the login data can be found by scanning the QR code on your badge. If you need assistance or have questions regarding internet connectivity, please get in touch with email@example.com or the ISC Exhibitor Services desk at booth #L1125 in the exhibition hall (Hall H).
Please respect our WiFi Policy. Exhibitors and attendees are not permitted to operate any IEEE 802.11 wireless access point or any other equipment transmitting in the 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz frequency range in the conference and exhibition venue during build-up hours and official event hours.
We reserve the right to impose a fine on anyone who violates this policy.
Charge and Recharge
Lounges are strategically located to help you temporarily escape a busy schedule, reset your mind and rest your feet, catch up with friends, and even attend to some daily work while recharging your phones and laptops between sessions and client meetings.
Fun and relaxing games at events is another ideal way to make new connections. Play a round of table soccer between attending sessions and the exhibition. Your opponent might be someone with a common interest or a new lead!
